For existing customers with active Webex subscriptions, we are making it easy for you to expand your subscription on a temporary basis. Cisco is announcing the Cisco Webex COVID-19 Surplus Usage Waiver Period for Webex Meetings subscriptions. The initial Cisco Webex COVID-19 Surplus Usage Waiver Period is February 1, 2020 through May 31, 2020. Cisco at its sole discretion may decide to extend the Cisco Webex COVID-19 Surplus Usage Waiver Period beyond May 31, 2020.
