The Managing App and Desktop Solutions with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6 course provides
students with the skills required to effectively support a Citrix application and desktop virtualization
solution in a Windows Server 2012 R2 environment.

During this course, students will learn how to successfully manage, monitor, support and troubleshoot a
XenDesktop 7.6 solution, which includes growing the implementation to accommodate changes in the
environment (adding new applications, new users, new desktops, and new policies) and troubleshooting
    common issues.

Deploy And Manage XenApp/XenDesktop 7.5 Fast Track Overview (CMB-300)

This course provides students an accelerated path to obtain the skills required to successfully deploy and support a complete Citrix hosted application and desktop virtualization solution in a Windows Server 2012 R2 environment.

Throughout this course, students will learn how to configure an environment that includes the following Citrix components: XenApp and XenDesktop, XenServer, Citrix License Server, MCS, Provisioning Services (PVS), Personal vDisk, StoreFront, NetScaler (including NetScaler Gateway), and Citrix Receiver. Upon course completion, students will be able to build a XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6 environment from scratch, test the implementation to ensure that all components work as expected, and successfully manage, monitor, and troubleshoot a XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6 solution.

Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop Help Desk Support (CXD-105)

The Citrix XenDesktop 7 Helpdesk Support instructor-led course provides Helpdesk representatives with the skills required to effectively troubleshoot and resolve user issues faster, prevent issues from reoccurring and use the proper consoles during troubleshooting to quickly determine the root cause of user issues. Students will leave class with the ability to troubleshoot user issues, including interpreting user needs, asking the proper questions to resolve common issues and applying documentation practices when troubleshooting to ensure a smooth transition when escalation is necessary.

    CITRIX XENAPP 6.5 ADMINISTRATION (CXA-206-1)

The Basic Administration for Citrix XenApp 6.5 training course provides the foundation necessary for administrators to effectively centralize and manage applications in the datacenter and instantly deliver them as services to users anywhere. Learners will receive hands-on training for installing Citrix XenApp 6.5 for Windows Server 2008 R2 and the associated Citrix plug-ins, as well as for using administrative consoles and tools to configure resources, policies, server and server farm settings, printers, virtualized applications and more.

NetScaler 11 Essentials And Networking (CNS-205)

The objective of the Citrix NetScaler 11 Essentials and Networking course is to provide the foundational concepts and skills necessary to implement, configure, secure, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot a Citrix NetScaler system within a networking framework. This course is designed specifically for students who have limited or no previous NetScaler experience. Students will have access to hands-on exercises within a virtual lab environment.

Implementing Citrix NetScaler 11 For XenDesktop Or XenApp Solutions (CNS-207)

The objective of this course is to provide the foundational concepts and teach the skills necessary to
implement, configure, secure and monitor a Citrix NetScaler system with NetScaler Gateway in a
    desktop virtualization environment.

This course has been updated based on the latest release of the NetScaler product (NetScaler version
11). As a part of this update, the content has been more heavily focused on the NetScaler Gateway
functionality than ever before, and covers significant features introduced in NetScaler version 11.
This course is designed specifically for students who have limited or no previous NetScaler experience.
Students will have access to hands-on exercises within a virtual lab environment. This course is based
on the Citrix NetScaler 11 product, but the skills and fundamental concepts learned are common to
    earlier product versions.

    NetScaler 10.5 Advanced Implementation (CNS-301)

This course provides the foundation to manage, configure and monitor advanced features and components of Citrix NetScaler 10.5. Interactive discussion and hands-on labs guide learners through advanced administration tasks such as troubleshooting, configuring application security with Citrix Application Firewall, tuning the NetScaler for high-traffic loads, configuring AAA for system management and configuring advanced policies using service callouts. Advanced monitoring and management tasks such as configuring and implementing NetScaler Insight Center, Command Center and NetScaler Web Logging are also covered. Prior NetScaler knowledge is strongly recommended. In order to successfully complete this course, learners will have access to hands-on exercises within a virtual lab environment. This course is based on the Citrix NetScaler 10.5 product, but the skills and fundamental concepts learned are common to earlier product versions.
