Ron Ben-Yishay
President and Chief Operating Officer
Ron Ben-Yishay was appointed DynTek's President and Chief Operating Officer in March 2008. In this role, Ben-Yishay directs the strategic and day-to-day operations of the company across all areas including sales, finance, marketing and operations. Ben-Yishay previously served as the company’s East Area Vice President for 10 years. In this role, he grew his region from $10 million to $55 million in annual sales, while maintaining profitability every
quarter.
Ben-Yishay has
over 20 years of experience in information technology sales and management,
with a strong focus in the state and local government sector.
After a successful career in direct sales at The Computer Factory and Memorex-Telex, he joined DynTek in 1996 as a District Sales Manager. He
received his B.A. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Brockport in 1985.
Karen S. Rosenberger
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer, Karen Rosenberger, who joined DynTek in October 2007, directs DynTek's financial and operational policies, objectives and initiatives. She has a broad background in financial management, having more than 20 years of finance and strategic planning experience in private and publicly traded companies. Most recently, Rosenberger served as chief executive and chief financial officer of Option One Home Medical, a privately held distributor of durable medical equipment based in Irvine. At Option One, she played a key role in implementing cost control measures and creating financial structures and systems. She previously served for two years as vice president of finance for dj Orthopedics, a publicly traded manufacturer in San Diego where she oversaw financial functions and led several cross-functional teams through a business restructure. Prior to that, Rosenberger served for three years as chief financial officer of VIA Medical, a venture backed medical device manufacturer in San Diego. She also held various management positions at McGaw, Inc., including director of finance and assistant controller. Rosenberger received a BS in Business Administration and a MBA from West Coast University in Los Angeles.
Steve Struthers
Chief Technology Officer
A fifteen-year veteran of the technology industry, Chief Technology Officer Steve Struthers is responsible for the delivery of DynTek's technology solution offerings and strategic partner relationships. In this role, he oversees the management of more than 150 DynTek consultants and engineers in the field, while also developing solution offerings that support DynTek's field operations across all geographies.
Struthers joined DynTek during the October 2006 acquisition of TekConnect Corporation. He served as CEO at TekConnect from 1996 until 2002, during which time the company grew into a regional systems integrator with over 100 employees and close to $20M in annual sales. From 2002 to 2005, Struthers served as TekConnect’s CTO, and then returned to the CEO role in January 2006, prior to the acquisition by DynTek in October of that year. Over the last 20 years, he has founded numerous companies in the technology, publishing, telecommunications, and transportation industries, two of which were eventually sold to publicly traded companies. Struthers has served in numerous capacities over the years, including executive, sales, and technical roles.
Linda Ford
Vice President – Marketing
Linda Ford, DynTek’s Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for the company’s marketing and sales enablement programs. She has over 15 years of experience developing marketing and sales support programs in the IT industry. Prior to joining DynTek in 1997 as a Product Marketing Manager, Ford held various marketing positions at Syntel, Inc., a global IT solution provider. Ford received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University in 1994.
