| Casper Zublin, Jr. was named Chief Executive
Officer of DynTek in June 2005. He joined DynTek in October
2004 as Chief Operating Officer to oversee and direct the company's
service operations. Prior to DynTek, he served as President
& CEO of Integration Technologies, Inc. ("ITI"),
a professional technology services company, which he guided
through a 374% growth in revenue from 2002 to 2004. DynTek acquired
ITI in October 2004.
From January 1998 to March 2000, Zublin served as President
& CEO of AnySite Technologies, a business unit of ITI,
a business intelligence software developer that was acquired
first by Thompson Associates (April 2000) and later by MapInfo
Corporation ( December 2002), as part of their analytical
CRM business unit. From April 2000 to March 2002, he served
as President of AnySite Technologies, LLC and Executive Vice
President of Thompson Associates. In senior leadership roles
for several high-growth companies, Zublin was a four-time
winner of the Inc. 500 award, which recognizes America's fastest
growing private companies.
Zublin is a current Ambassador for Orangewood Foundation
and Chairman of TACA (Talk About Curing Autism) a 501c3 non-profit
dedicated to building community support for families dealing
with autism.
Zublin earned his BA with highest honors from Principia College
in 1984; received an MBA from the University of Chicago, in
1993; and studied at Stanford University's Advanced Management
College in 2000.
