Insurance Plans
DynTek provides you with a variety of benefits that can help meet your current needs as well as important future protection for you and your family.
Medical Plans
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) is offered in all U.S. locations. The PPO plan allows you to select physicians and hospitals that belong to a network which offers discounted rates and savings.
Dental Plan
You may select the Dentist of your choice. The plan pays 100% of preventative services, 100% of basic services in and out of network.
Vision Plan
Vision insurance is offered to employees and their dependents to cover the costs of annual eye examinations as well as a portion of the cost for lenses, frames or contact lenses.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
DynTek provides you with the option to take out Long Term Disability insurance that compensates a portion of your income in the event of a disability.
Life Insurance
DynTek offers you two times (2x) annual salary up to a $600,000 maximum paid entirely by the company.
Supplemental Life and AD&D Benefits
DynTek offers additional Supplemental Life and ADD insurance.
Short Term Disability (LTD)
DynTek provides you with the option to take out Short Term Disability insurance that compensates a portion of your income in the event of a Short Term disability.
Holidays
DynTek observes ten holidays during the year: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday for personal use.
Vacation
Everyone needs time away from work for rest, relaxation and the pursuit of special interests. DynTek provides you with paid vacation each year based upon your length of employment. Your vacation will accrue monthly.
401(k) Plan
DynTek has adopted a 401(k) plan for Team Members. Under the plan, if you are an eligible U.S. employee, you may defer a portion of your income by making pre-tax contributions to the 401(k) savings and retirement plan. The maximum amount you may defer is $15,000 per plan year, which is subject to change upon notice and is determined by IRS regulations. If you are over the age of fifty (50), you may elect the “catch-up” rule, and contribute an additional $2,000 annually for a total of $16,000.
Automatic Payroll Deposit
DynTek offers automatic payroll deposit to your bank account. You may request full deposit to one account at one bank or split your deposits among savings and checking accounts in the same or separate banks.
