Novi, Michigan-December 2,1998-Tadeo Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ Symbol TDEO) today announced the signing of a stock purchase agreement with MultiMedia Access Corp. (NASDAQ Symbol MMAC). Tadeo Holdings, in an effort to strategically align the two companies, issued $2 million of its common stock to MultiMedia Access Corporation in exchange for $2 million worth of MultiMedia Access Corp. common stock.
